(How to) remove RTi Control Panel password

Windows XP (32-bit):
  1. From the Windows Start Menu, click "RUN"
  2. Type "regedit", then press ENTER
  3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Patrol PC\Rti Control
  4. Double-click the PWD key
  5. Delete any characters from the "Value Data" field , then click OK
  6. Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer


Windows 7/10 (32-bit):
  1. From the Windows Start Menu, search for "regedit"
  2. When Regedit shows up click on it
  3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Patrol PC\Rti Control
  4. Double-click the PWD key
  5. Delete any characters from the "Value Data" field , then click OK
  6. Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer


Windows 7/10 (64-bit):
  1. From the Windows Start Menu, search for "regedit"
  2. When Regedit shows up click on it

  4. Double-click the PWD key
  5. Delete any characters from the "Value Data" field , then click OK
